Ideally located 3 minutes on foot from the old village and 3 minutes by car from the Cambre d'Aze ski resort, Chalet Eina offers a perfect balance between unspoiled nature, pastures, mountain activities and the art of living. Summer and winter alike, it invites families and friends to gather in a magnificent setting perfect for unforgettable memories.
Spread over 300 m², the chalet blends aged wood, noble materials and large glazed surfaces for total immersion in the landscape. Its full north-facing glazed façade offers, from all living areas, a breathtaking panoramic view, enhanced in winter and in fine weather alike, when the terrace naturally extends the interior space.

On the main floor, a large panoramic, cosy and convivial living room: lounge with rotating Samsung Frame smart TV, decorative central water vapour fireplace, open kitchen with central island (10 seats) fully equipped with SMEG appliances, and large solid wood table for 14 guests. Wine cellar stocked with the owner's selected wines.
Terrace and Solarium
The 60 m² terrace, with integrated sound system, offers a 180° panoramic view of the Puymorens, Carlit and Peric massifs, with spectacular sunsets. Accessible all year round with breathtaking views and equipped with a barbecue, this terrace is the ideal spot for convivial moments and sunbathing on our loungers.
The Mezzanine — 50 m²
The chalet's charming feature: a 50 m² roof mezzanine with exposed beams, breathtaking views and a cosy atmosphere. Designed for relaxation and play, it offers a suspended space above the living room thanks to a catamaran net, perfect for reading, resting or taking a nap.
Wellness Spa
A space dedicated to relaxation and well-being: 3-person private infrared sauna, 7-person outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic mountain views, and a relaxation area with loungers. Enjoy a moment of absolute serenity after a day in the mountains.

Chalet Eina enjoys a prime location, between unspoiled nature and quick access to mountain activities: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking. Just 3 minutes by car, the Cambre d'Aze by TRIO resort lets you ski in the heart of the Eyne glacial cirque. The TRIO pass also gives access to the Formiguières and Porté-Puymorens resorts.

The nearby Spanish border allows you to reach Llívia and Puigcerdà in 15 minutes, to enjoy their vitality and Catalan culture.
The Principality of Andorra, located 1 hour away by road, is known for its ski resorts. Andorra la Vella, its capital, boasts a wide range of shops and boutiques for an unbeatable shopping trip.
